Jon has worked in the logistics industry for over 20 years. With executive leadership experience in rail freight, shipping, warehousing and road haulage Jon provides the knowledge and experience to deliver independent advice and services to clients with almost any
logistical problems or needs.
Richard Bailey
Technical Director of BaileyRail & Logistics Ltd
Richard brings with him 20 years of leadership and management experience within engineering and rail freight sectors. Richard has wide ranging and in-depth knowledge and experience of rail freight coupled with a specialist background in planning and crew diagramming disciplines within the industry.
Jordan Lynn
Commercial Director of BaileyRail & Logistics Ltd
Jordan has been working within the Rail Industry for over a decade and brings with him a wealth of rail planning and timing experience in senior industry roles, providing our customers with the specialist knowledge they require on both major projects and operational optimisation. Jordan woks closely with our digital rail clients and end users of rail freight services.
Neil Whisler
Safety & Assurance Director of BaileyRail & Logistics Ltd
Neil specialises in ETCS systems, OTM, OTP, Training, Railway Standards and Human Factor Applications. Neil has experience in working with the national and European level with rail industry authorities and industry partners. He is experienced in a full spectrum of railway operations from his 40 plus years working within the industry.
Catherine Lynn
Signalling & Infrastructure Specialist of BaileyRail & Logistics Ltd
Catherine joins us from Network Rail, where she has spent the last 5 years as a Signalling Technician covering faulting and maintenance to both colour light signals and semaphore signals.
As the industry starts its journey to progress towards digital signalling, Catherine will be a huge part of the team helping our customers transition from the current state, to the future state, for the planned long-term digital signalling deployments.
Paul Lartey
Operations Director of BaileyRail & Logistics Ltd
Paul has worked in the logistics industry for over 40 years. He is an expert in a wide variety of UK and European train operations and signalling systems (including ETCS and TVM430 in cab systems).
Paul specialises in the development of new operational standards, procedures and operating manuals for drivers and other staff to support the introduction of new train operations (previous projects include the introduction of Class 373 Eurostar, GBRf freight operations and LNER Hitachi Azuma).
Paul is also a specialist in accident investigation, development and delivery of training and competence management.
Stuart Rae
Renewables & Environment Director of BaileyRail & Logistics Ltd
Stuart joins us as our Director of Renewables and Environment, to drive forward our commitment to introducing these important matters to the industry, focussing on air quality monitoring and green energy solutions.
